You will need to upload clear, color copies of the following documents: 

• Identity & Travel Documents:

  • Current passport (valid for at least 6 months from your intended departure, with at least two blank pages) and all previous passports. 
  • National ID (NID) for adults and Birth Registration Certificate for children. 
  • Two recent photos (35x45mm) with a white background. 
  • Family details (full name, DOB, etc.) for parents, spouse, and children. 
    
     

  • Purpose of Visit:

    • A cover letter clearly stating your purpose for visiting Australia and who will bear the costs of the trip. 
    • A detailed day-by-day travel itinerary. 
    • An invitation letter from your relative or friend in Australia, if applicable, along with their financial proof if they are funding your trip. 
       

    • Financial Proof:

      • Personal bank statements for the last 6 months with a solvency certificate, showing regular transactions. 
      • Income Tax Returns for the last 3 years. 
      • Other financial documents like FDR, DPS, or property ownership documents (like purchase deeds). 
         

      • Other Supporting Documents:

        • Proof of employment or business (forwarding letter, office ID, trade license, business registration). 
        • Proof of immediate family members and assets in your home country to show your ties.

• Ensure all translated documents are notarized.
• All information must be truthful and consistent across your application and supporting documents.
